Large period home in a village location. The garden is split over two levels with over two metres between the upper and lower levels. The steps between the levels were too steep and past their best. A large staircase was designed connecting the two levels using brick and paving that matched the property. Sleeper beds within the steps create large planting beds for decorative plants and herbs. A central terrace between two levels of steps has been included as a space for benches and pots. A ramp built to the side of the steps is for wheelbarrow use between the upper and lower levels.
